Dr. Eleni Demetriou
Dr. Eleni Demetriou is a General Surgeon specialising in breast surgery and Clinical Coordinator of the Breast Multidisciplinary Team at the German Oncology Center. She studied medicine at the University of Ioannina, Greece, and completed her six-year surgical training at Limassol General Hospital. She subsequently trained at the renowned Interdisciplinary Breast Center (Kliniken Essen Mitte) in Germany, where she specialised in the full range of oncoplastic breast surgery techniques and immediate reconstruction after mastectomy. She also holds an MSc in Health Policy & Strategic Planning and has served as an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Nicosia Medical School. Since November 2019, she has been a Consultant General Surgeon and Head of Outpatient Services at the German Oncology Center.
