Dr. Charis Varnava
Dr. Haris Varnava is a German board-certified Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeon born in Limassol. He studied medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialisation in general surgery and plastic surgery in Düsseldorf, Germany. He worked as a consultant at Münster University Hospital and Fachklinik Hornheide specialist clinic in Germany for the last five years. He is one of the first plastic surgeons involved with clinical cases and research related to robotic microsurgery, particularly in breast reconstruction after mastectomy. He holds a training certificate in robotic microsurgery and a certificate from the German Academy of Mastology. He is a member of the German Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and the German Society of Mastology. In 2024, he returned to Cyprus and maintains a medical practice at MEDICA Medical Centre.
