About Dr. Nikolaos Kroustalakis is a board-certified Nephrologist with over 20 years of experience, specialising in Acute Kidney Injury, Chronic Kidney Disease, Glomerular Diseases, Nephrolithiasis, Renal Replacement Therapies, Hypertension, and Polycystic Kidney Disease. He graduated from the Second University of Naples, Italy, and completed his nephrology residency at the University Hospital of Heraklion, where he subsequently served as Head of the Peritoneal Dialysis Unit and responsible physician for the Polycystic Kidney Disease Clinic. He has trained at Harvard Medical School (Boston) and has 8 publications in international peer-reviewed journals. Since December 2023, he has been a Consultant Nephrologist at the German Medical Institute in Limassol.
