Dr. Eleftherios Vorrias
Dr. Eleftherios Vorrias is a Consultant Medical Oncologist specialising in thoracic and gastrointestinal malignancies, as well as sarcomas. He studied Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his residency in Medical Oncology at the University Hospital of Heraklion, Crete, where he is also a PhD candidate researching miRNA signatures in early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). He is experienced in systemic cancer treatments — chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies — as well as palliative care for oncological patients. He is ECFMG-certified (USA) and holds ACLS/BLS certifications.
