Please provide a detailed description oDr. Adriana Villa is a Consultant Lead for Cardiac Imaging at the German Medical Institute, with over 15 years of specialisation in cardiovascular radiology. She comes from a family with a long tradition in radiology — her grandfather was among the early radiologists and her father was a pioneer in cardiac MRI in Italy. She graduated with Honours (110/110 cum laude) from the University of Pavia Medical School and completed her Radiology specialisation at San Matteo University Hospital, Pavia (50/50 cum laude). She subsequently moved to London where she obtained an MRes in Imaging Sciences (with Distinction) and a PhD in Stress Perfusion Cardiac MRI at King’s College London. She was appointed Clinical Lecturer in Cardiovascular Imaging at King’s College London and Cardiovascular Radiologist Consultant at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, London, where she remains an Honorary Academic. She has 32+ peer-reviewed publications, has co-authored book chapters, and has been awarded the Gold Star Reviewer Award by the Journal of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (2018).f all services provided
