Dr. Sofia Antoniou (MD, PhD) is an Endocrinologist and Diabetologist specializing in diabetes mellitus and its complications, osteoporosis, rare metabolic conditions, thyroid disorders, and dysfunction of the pituitary and adrenal glands, as well as disorders of the male and female reproductive system. She completed her medical studies at the University of Ioannina, Greece, and pursued advanced training in Endocrinology and Diabetology at the University Hospital Heinrich Heine in Düsseldorf — one of Germany’s largest university hospitals and a referral center for diabetes.
