Dr. Andreas Mamilos
Professor Dr Andreas Mamilos is the Director of Anatomical Pathology at the German Medical Institute, with 17 years of distinguished clinical and academic experience gained at leading German university hospitals. He trained at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and the University of Regensburg. His research covers the tumour microenvironment and tumour angiogenesis, graft-versus-host disease (GvHD), applications of artificial intelligence primarily in breast cancer diagnosis, biomaterial biocompatibility, and tissue regeneration. He has authored more than 50 publications in international journals and 15 abstracts and actively participates in multidisciplinary tumour boards. He also teaches at the European University Cyprus and continues to teach at the University of Regensburg.
In addition, he is the President of the Cyprus Society of Anatomical Pathology.
