Dr. Alexandra Papoudou-Bai is a Pathologist and elected Assistant Professor with over 10 years of diagnostic and academic experience, specialising in Haematopathology — the diagnosis of lymphomas, leukemias, and diseases of the lymphoid and haematopoietic system. She trained in advanced diagnostic techniques including Flow Cytometry and FISH at the renowned Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm, Sweden. Her PhD, awarded a scholarship from the Empirikion Institute, focused on cell cycle and apoptosis regulation in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma. She has 94 publications in international peer-reviewed journals, 1,766 total citations, an H-index of 25, and over 107 presentations at international congresses. She joined the German Medical Institute in September 2024.
