With over 13 years of experience as a doctor and a consultant in the NHS, I have a strong background in diabetes and endocrinology, as well as a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery – MBBS degree from University of Leicester. I am currently a Healthcare Consultant at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, where I apply my medical knowledge and skills to enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare services.
My core competencies include clinical governance, service redesign, and change management, which enable me to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, improve processes and workflows, and implement effective solutions.
